Introducing your Host
Kirsty strongly believes in keeping herself well and positive in order to help other people feel the same way. She is a practical, down to earth and caring individual who is qualified in five complimentary therapies and treatments – Reflexology, Reiki, Indian head massage, Bach Flower Remedies and organic holistic facials. She understands the need for balance physically, emotionally and spiritually in order to bring about the healing that leads to total well being. Kirsty appreciates the challenge in achieving this in a modern world that depletes us and leaves us with little time for ourselves.
She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and is a registered Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner.
Kirsty used to work in marketing in the food industry but now focuses her time and energy on her wide client base who she sees at her clinic in Windsor. Kirsty also treats oncology and special needs patients holistically as well as teaching in the adult education sector - all in the Berkshire area. She is experienced in treating around the areas of stress and depression, infertility and cancer related symptoms.
She continues her quest to build upon tools and techniques which have helped herself, family, friends and clients. She will extend her search for new ways of working, in order to further develop her knowledge and skills base.
