Stream Retreats provide a relaxing break in a peaceful environment that can be personally tailored to enable you to experience complimentary therapies and understand the benefits that they provide. The Stream Retreats Scandanavian style weekend lodge is based in the cliff top village of Kingsdown, Kent (1 hour from London).

Adjacent to the sea, you and your friends can treat yourselves to a weekend of escapism by staying at the Stream Retreats lodge. The therapies we offer include Reflexology, Reiki, Bach Flower Remedies, Indian Head Massage and organic, holistic facials - all to be enjoyed alongside the other amenities that Kingsdown Holiday Park has to offer;an indoor heated swimming pool and tennis court.

You host will be Kirsty who is qualified in all of the complimentary treatments mentioned. She understands the need for balance physically, emotionally and spiritually in order to bring about the healing that leads to total well being. Kirsty appreciates the challenge in achieving this in a modern world that depletes us and leaves us with little time for ourselves.
